n The city of Fulton will be hosting its annual trick-or-treat event on Oct. 28, from 5 p.m .until 7 p.m., with various businesses and churches around the city participating. This will be held in conjunction with trick-or-treating on Halloween night, so costumed children have double the chances to amass stockpiles of candy.

Candy will be handed out to trick-or-treaters at the following locations:

* The Itawamba County Development Council office

* Lily's Cafe

* The law office of Ray O'Neal

* Christ the King Catholic Church

* Home Decorating

* The law office of Bo Russell

* Lee Ann's Ladies Shop

* Samp&W Pharmacy (until 6 p.m.)

* BancorpSouth

* Fulton United Methodist Church

* Trinity Baptist Church

* City Hall

* The Itawamba County Pratt Memorial Library

* Carl's Cleaners

* Itawamba Christian Church

* The Itawamba County Times

* Fulton Freewill Baptist Church - Trunk or Treat at the church.

* First American National Bank

* RJ's Eatery

Itawamba Community College will also be hosting its own trick-or-treat event on Oct. 28. All children under the age of 12 and accompanied by an adult are invited to participate at the Fulton campus on Oct. 28 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Residents of Sheffield Hall, Monroe Hall and Monroe Annex will decorate for their Halloween visitors and have plenty of candy available for any children who can give them the spooks with a creepy costume.
