Sentences handed down in circuit court

Itawamba County’s Circuit Court heard from 23 people during the June session with all receiving convictions. This is second part of a two-part story detailing their sentencing.

• Fanone Huddleston, 50 Weatherspoon Road, Fulton, entered a plea of guilty to sale of cocaine. He was sentenced by Judge James Roberts to 20 years, 15 years suspended and five years to be served. He is currently being held in the Itawamba County Jail.

Additionally, Huddleston was ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 as well as court costs and restitution.

• Kayla Dawn Rogers, 75 Deck Taylor Road, Fulton, entered a plea of guilty to possession of crystal methamphetamine. She was sentenced by Judge Roberts to four years with four years suspended and four years on probation. She has also been ordered to take GED classes.

Rogers was ordered to pay $1,000 in fines, as well as court costs and restitution.

• Louise Inez Mayhall, 128 A County Road, Iuka, pleaded guilty to the sale of a controlled substance, dextropropoxyphene. She was sentenced by Judge Roberts to 10 years, with all years suspended and five years probation.

On a second charge, she pleaded guilty to the sale of a controlled substance, dextropropoxyphene and received 10 years, with all years suspended.

Mayhall was ordered to pay a combined total of $1,000 in fines for both charges, as well as restitution and court costs.

• Alisha Mayhall, 304 East Bankhead Street, Fulton, entered a plea of guilty to the sale of cocaine. She was sentenced by Judge Roberts to 10 years, with eight years suspended, two to be served and five years on probation. She is currently being housed in the Itawamba County Jail.

Mayhall was also ordered to pay $1,000 in fines, in addition to court costs and restitution.

• Kenneth W. Milner, 907 Martin Luther King Drive, Fulton, entered a plea of guilty to the sale of a controlled substance within proximity of a school, church or public park. He was sentenced by Judge Roberts to 20 years, with 12 years suspended, eight years to be served and five years on probation.

On a second charge, Milner pleaded guilty to the sale of a controlled substance within proximity of a school, church or park. He received an additional 20 years, with 12 years suspended, eight years to be served and five years on probation, to run concurrently with his other sentence. He is currently being held in the Itawamba County Jail.

Milner was ordered to pay $2,000 in fines, as well as court costs and restitution.

• Anthony D. McGaughy, 5622 Highway 178 West, Fulton, entered a plea of guilty to possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, enhanced by the possession of a firearm at the time of his arrest. He was sentenced by Judge Roberts to 20 years, with 17 years suspended, three years to be served and five years probation.

On a second charge, McGaughy entered a plea of guilty to possession of a controlled substance, enhanced by the possession of a firearm at the time of his arrest. He was sentenced to an additional eight years, all of which were suspended, to run concurrently with his other sentence. He is currently being housed in the Itawamba County Jail.

McGaughy was also ordered to undergo alcohol and drug treatment, as well as begin attending GED classes. He was also fined $1,000 and will have to pay both court costs and restitution.

• Dashawn L. Stewart, 4665 White Springs No. 8, Fulton, entered a plea of guilty to sale of a controlled substance within proximity of a school, church or park. He was sentenced by Judge Roberts to 20 years, with 15 years suspended and five years to be served.

On a second charge, Stewart pleaded guilty to the sale of a controlled substance within proximity of a school, church or park. He was sentenced to an additional 20 years, with 15 years suspended, five years to be served and five years probation. He is currently being held in the Itawamba County Jail.

Additionally, Stewart was ordered to pay $2,000 in fines, plus court costs and restitution fees.

• Phillip Holloway, 533 Spencer Road, Fulton, pleaded guilty to grand larceny of an individual property valued at more than $250. He was sentenced by Judge Roberts to 10 years, with five years suspended, five years to be served and an additional five years on probation. He is currently being housed in the Itawamba County Jail, awaiting transportation to the restitution center.

Additionally, Holloway was ordered to pay $1,000 in fines plus restitution fees and court costs, as well as attend alcohol and drug testing and treatment.

• Anthony Lee Beebe, 106 Casey, Fulton, entered a plea of guilty to burglary of a vehicle. He was sentenced by Judge Roberts to 20 years, with 10 years suspended, 10 years to be served and five years on probation.

On a second charge, Beebe entered a plea of guilty to the burglary of a vehicle. He was sentenced to five years, with all five to be served.

On a third charge, Beebe pleaded guilty to the burglary of a vehicle and was sentenced to five years, with all five to be served.

On a fourth charge, Beebe pleaded guilty to the burglary of a vehicle and was sentenced to five years, with all five to be served. All sentences are to run concurrently.

A fifth charge, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, was retired. However, Beebe was ordered to pay $1,000 in fines as well as court costs and restitution fees. He is currently being held in the Itawamba County Jail.

• Zachery O. Murrell, 464 Reich Road, Fulton, entered a plea of guilty to the burglary of a dwelling. He was sentenced by Judge Roberts to 20 years, with 15 years suspended, five years to be served and five years on probation.

On a second charge, Murrell pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling. He was sentenced to 20 years, with 15 years suspended and five to be served. Both sentences are to run concurrently.

Murrell was ordered to pay $1,000 in fines, as well as court costs and restitution fees. He is currently being held in the Itawamba County Jail.

• James R. Wilson, 671 Doc Stanphill Road, Golden, entered a plea of guilty to possession of crystal methamphetamine. He was sentenced by Judge Paul Funderburk to eight years, with all eight suspended.

On a second charge, Wilson pleaded guilty to attempt to manufacture methamphetamine and was sentenced to 10 years with all time suspended, plus five years probation.

Wilson was also ordered to pay court costs and restitution fees.

• Willie D. Traylor, 11 Ruff Road, Fulton, entered a plea of guilty to sale of cocaine. He was sentenced by Judge Funderburk to 20 years with all years suspended. All time is to be spent on house arrest.

On a second charge, Traylor pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, and he was sentenced to eight years, all of which were suspended.

Traylor was also ordered to pay fines in the total amount of $2,000, plus court costs and restitution fees. He has also been ordered to begin taking GED classes. He is currently being held in the Itawamba County Jail.
