Canning workshop planned

The MSU-Itawamba Extension Service will host a canning workshop on Tuesday, June 9, 2009, beginning at 5:30 p.m.

The topic will be Get Ready for Summer Gardening.

First Tuesday Lunch and Learn

The Itawamba County Pratt Memorial Library will be the location for the First Tuesday Lunch and Learn planned for Tuesday, June 2, 2009, at noon.

The topic will be Tai Chi. The presentor will be Romona Edge

Ratliff R.C.D.C. meeting

Ratliff R.C.D.C. will hold their monthly meeting on June 1,2009 at 7:00 p.m.Everyone is welcome to come and have a potluck supper before the meeting.

Carolina R.C.D.C Yard Sale

The Carolina RCDC will sponsor a yard sale Saturday, June 6, from 6:30 a.m. until at the Carolina Community Center. Spaces are available for $10 each. The size of each space is 20 x 20 feet. Proceeds go to the Carolina Community Center.
